Do you know that technically a stroke is called a cerebrovascular accident (CVA)? Does our circadian rhythm determine more than we know?

Simply, there is evidence that injury that occurs between 8pm -8am takes twice as long to heal as those occurring in the daytime ( because the cells involved in the healing process are basically obeying nature's call to sleep at night!).
