March 26 is Epilepsy Awareness Day

March 26 is Epilepsy Awareness Day worldwide.  Epilepsy is the tendency to have recurrent seizures. Seizures are manifestations of abnormal electrical discharges of neurones in the brain.   These seizures can be motor (convulsions), sensory (abnormal smells and sensations in the body), psychic (abnormal mood and behaviour) or autonomic (changes in heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, bowel movement, sweating, erection etc).  If you have a brain, you can have seizures.  If you have a brain, you can help people with epilepsy to live a normal life.   That young man who was found trying to open a car without being aware. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. Use your brain. Train your mind. Don't be ignorant or feeble in thinking. Learn. Question. Ask. Probe. Think. Feed your quest for knowledge. Have the spirit of scientific inquiry. Know yourself. Do you. Love you. Don't be a mugu. Stop being a sheeple. Aspire to acquire the desire that you admire. Your mind is your instrument of power.
